Is there an easy way to automatically create PR for direct issue material from WO?

Does anyone know a way to create purchase requisition automatically from a Work order when you plan a direct issue material on it and the work order is approved?

Do I have to use workflow to enable all that?

‎You want Inventory --> Select Action --> ‎Reorder --> Reorder Direct Issue Items and Services.
It can also be automated.
