I am stuck up now in a Maximo customization issue and would appreciate your suggestions on the same.
I created a custom application with a header object and line object(Issueticket and Issueticketline).I have configured it such a way that whenever the reservations lines are deleted,issue ticket lines corresponding to the same requestnum needs to be cancelled,and if all the lines are cancelled,issue ticket should also be cancelled.I have requirement that whenever multiple reservations lines are simultaneoulsy deleted from the Issue and Transfers applications select action menu-Add/Modify reservations,my code is unable to get all the lines status values correctly and hence the header is not getting cancelled even if all the lines are cancelled.Is there any way to handle this?
