Although my agency is planning an upgrade to Maximo 7.6, we are stuck using Maximo 6.2.3 for at least another year. We are being asked to move from our current Internet Explorer 9 (which runs Maximo 6.2.3 just fine for us) to IE10. We’ve tested Maximo 6.2.3 under IE10. The screen is garbled unless IE10 is run in Compatibility Mode, which is fine. However, even under Compatibility Mode, the Detail Menu, Select Value, and Long Description icons that sit just to the right of many data fields on the Work Order tab (and others) are missing—unless the user is operating at 100% browser zoom level. At anything other than 100% zoom, the icons disappear.
We have many users who need to run IE at a zoom level other than 100%in order to comfortably view the screen.
Has anyone any experience running Maximo 6.x under IE10 and found a fix for this?
