Year end activities summary!

From: maximal (2015-12-21 09:27)

Just bringing this back up, for anyone to include or remind the list of the YTD activities you need to perform. Apparently I'm working NYD to handle all of this. Maybe. Maybe that night I kick off the long process and pick it back up with a pot of coffee in the AM.

Things to zero
---------------------
labor reported hrs
labor ytd hours
labor ytd hours refused

inventory ytd quantities

asset ytd cost

Things to do
------------------

asset dbrollup (still?)

Anything else? What am I missing here?

My finance folks jump all over financial periods, I never seem to need to do it.

There's also ABC and EOQ analysis / update reports to do.

We ran into an issue where I had to apply shifts for the new year. Depends on how far into the future they had been applied previously, but worth checking into.
Also check your calendar end date.

You'd be surprised, out of 39 sites, only one forgot. Had to show him, but at least it wasn't the worst thing in the world. Not like, say, your integration JVM being down and needing to restore the entire server from backup.
I despise this Weblogic install. The. Worst.
