BIRT Report 500 error after Host Name Change (see details)

From: joewfullington (2016-05-19 09:08)

All,
Maximo v7.5.0.6 and v7.5.0.5
WebSphere wsadmin admintask hostnamechange successful.
I can log into WASADMIN without issue.
Maximo.properties file updated without issue
serverlibrary.xmls updated without issue
Rebuild/Redeployed EARs without issue.
I can login to Maximo (users can too) without issue.
When I select action, Run Reports, All reports return a classic 500 error.
Applied Tech note change to no avail:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21438342 http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21438342
Any body know of a next step or known solution?
Thanks, Joe

When you say properties updated, mxe.report.birt.viewerurl was changed? And you can see it changed?
Had this happen last week, turned out to be set to production because the data refresh script missed it.

RESOLUTION was:

For those who need it.

No. In system properties there is not a global setting for mxe.reports.birt.viewer url.

Therefore tech note resulted my issue on these versionsites of Maximo.
7.1 and 7.6 seemed unaffected.
