This may not be Maximo related, but Google is not helping me find a solution to this problem, either.
Used to be that when I wanted to attach a file to a Service Request or Work Order, it would bring up Files of Type [All Files]. Now when I browse to file lists, the default File Type is [Cascading Style Sheets].
I've become accustomed to the irritation factor of having to change this every time, but some users don't notice this parameter and so I get lots of Help-Desk type questions about why they "can't attach files" (which is not really the problem).
Anybody know where to change this?
