Start Center Inbox/Assignments no fields to select

When attempting to start utilizing Workflow the portlet for the workflow inbox/assignment has been added to the Start Center. When clicking on the pencil to 'Edit Portlet' there are no fields displayed to select. I have never run into this occurrence before. Through the Workflow Admin I have ensured there is at least one item in the process that should appear in my inbox assignment. I have stopped the workflow process on that record and then re-established it with still no change on the Start Center portlet. I have checked every application in the security profile as well to ensure I didn't have something checked related to the inbox/assignment that would hide the portlet.
I am open to any and all suggestions at this point as the team and I have exhausted everything we have ever experienced to check and rectify this issue.

Mike, if I had this issue I'd get everyone out, kill all logs, ratchet up the DEBUG flags for Maximo and restart the server, maybe just one UI JVM. Get to the point where your inbox is supposed to show columns. Laboriously, walk through the logs to see what's expected. I would be thinking JSP but I'm only thinking out loud. I''ve never encountered this, thankfully.

Hi Mike,
We confronted this issue, and apparently is a bug that came with version
7.5.0.9, or so said IBM support. We ended up creating a result set to
retrieve the information per technician or mechanic. I don't have it right
but I'll be more than happy to share it with the group.
