I have a playground inspection that I want done by three groups of people in sequence, four months apart:
Internally by Risk Management
Internally by Grounds Supervisors
Externally by Auditors
I could do sequenced Job Plans, but it is on the PM that the vendor or lead hand is specified. Don't really want to duplicate (triplicate?) all these PMs.
Ideas?
I think the logic has varied recently in Maximo versions 6.2 vs 7.5 vs 7.6, but on 7.5...
In 7.5, if you leave the PM LEAD empty but have a JOB PLAN LEAD, the job plan lead will be filled in when the work order is created.
Same logic if you have work groups instead of leads.
