When a PR is approved and you select action 'Create PO' an error message appears related to an Automation Script issue, which was resolved. The issue now is that the PO was actually created, the status of the PR indicates 'APPR' although the system believes the status is 'CLOSE'. The history flag is set on the PR as well.
Therefore; the system thinks the PR is CLOSED although on the screen it shows APPR still is returned in all searches and a PO was created against a PR that now appears to be only in APPR status to the user. You can manually CLOSE the PR though the status change process as well. Has anyone else seen this occurring? We are going to open a ticket with IBM on this, but wanted to see if anyone has run into this and if there was a fix out there for it. I checked the IBM site, but didn't see anything directly related to this particular issue.
