Where's the KB?

From: incomm (2017-02-13 22:26)

Anyone figured out where the hell the KB went to? I've just finished spending about 1/2 an hour spinning my wheels on the IBM site, and the troubleshooting articles are nowhere to be found.

If anyone has any inside scoop on this, I encourage them to put my out of my misery before I pick the other route for misery-alleviation.

OK - the KB articles have re-appeared on Google, at least - thank God,
because I can't get to the Maximo Support portal no matter how hard I try.
All I'm getting are broken links. Apparently they've re-designed it, but
it's not available from anywhere that I can get to ... it's really adding to
my stress not being able to troubleshoot properly when I need to.

Anyone figured that one out?

I had this happen to be before. Try clearing your browser cache and delete all cookies from ibm. My problem was solved by the cookies.

What is the link you are trying to get to?
I notice IBM's site partially goes down once a week or so.

Yesterday, I could not get to some blog posts I bookmarked.

If you're familiar with WebArchive (Wayback Machine), you should try that.

There's a chrome add on that makes it easy to retrieve a URL that doesn't work.

Personally, I think all Maximo users need to band together and start building a public KB outside of IBM. Something like StackExchange documentation, or some sort of Wiki that is easy to use and anyone can edit after registering.

I was able to do searching for docs from this website, have you tried this
one.

Good thought, but same problem as for the rest of the searches I’ve tried.
1) Doesn’t filter for Maximo – when I put in my search criteria, it searches all of the IBM products.
2) No troubleshooting articles. They are currently VERY hard to find.

I’m not a happy camper these days ...
