I have a ticket open with IBM on this, but perhaps I am misunderstanding the merge rules.
If I have a GL string rule that has four components defined, and I define all four components on a workorder, why is Maximo trying to merge a commodity code with the wo GL on a PR line?
Consider that on a PR line, if I use the full GL string in question, no merge is attempted. If I reference a workorder that uses the full GL string, Maximo tries to clobber that GL with a commodity code.
I thought Maximo would only attempt to merge if the GL was not fully specified, i.e. I have ???? in some component places?
