Can you paste into an e-mail the section you changed in the library.xml. I'd recommend always pulling fresh copies from the system as opposed to using those in the directory structure. The directory structure is not kept up to date by maximo as changes are made.

The first time I got the library.xml from
<maximo dir>resources\presentations\system -->library.xml
I then opened it with coffeecup free editor.
Then I exported the person.xml and opened it up as well and searched for the workflow delegate part and copied and pasted it in the defaultprofile area of the library.xml and made the necessary changes in the appropriate area.
I replaced the library.xml with the newly edited version.
I didn't know how to import it back in til a little while ago, so I did all that and then I restarted the services and I checked the default profile and the changes are not there.
Wonder what I did wrong...
