Is there a place to set GLDEBITACCT information in the item level to
autofill the entry when adding a new line item through Maximo's purchase
requisition application? There are times this gets filled automatically
and there are time when not.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Environment:
2005 SQL server
Maximo 7.1.1.5
Websphere 6.1

Hi Dennis,
In my opinion, if you have an Asset or Location or Work Order associated to the PRLINE, then Maximo crosses over the corresponding GLDEBITACCT info from the Asset or location or Work Order.
You can also check this class for this field, which I think brings the info :
Field Class name : psdi.app.common.purchasing.FldPurGLDebitAcct
Another option is :
1. Create a Crossover domain from item level to Prline.
2. Assign the crossover domain to a field which can trigger the domain when the item is selected.
