How to prevent from accessing BIRT by specific condition

From: yudi.irianto (2013-11-07 14:56)

Dear all,
As far as i know, that Maximo handling BIRT access security by using
Security tab on report Administrator. Let say, I want to prevent accessing
report by given spesific condition.
Eg:
1. Operator can only access Workorder report by status WAPPR only but,
2. Supervisor can access all statuses
So, I added operator & supervisor groups on Security tab at Report Admin
module as an authorized users, but how can i prevent workorder statuses
since no conditional expression mgr linked to Report Administration.
Best Regards,
Yudi Irianto

I'd alter the report to check the user's group and display a warning not ideal but will work

Alter the report itself to just show Work orders that are approved for those
users that are not supervisors.

Dear Yudi Irianto
How are you man?
What about if you create 2 reports
1. For the WAPPR status only and it's assigned to OPERATOR group, and
2. The rest of status is assigned to SUPERVISOR group.
Sorry if it's silly way..:p
