Same setup here with 3 environments...
Our solution:
I have a process outlined for our DBA who runs a series of SQL that does a
mass update to the e-mail addresses for Notifications, HTTP addresses for
Integration Points, turning Cron Tasks on/off, etc.
Very simple... takes seconds and can be reused each time either the DEV or
UAT databases are refreshed.
