I need the value of LOCATIONS.GLACCOUNT to crossover to PM.GLACCOUNT whenever a PM is written against a location. This should happen regardless of site and should apply to both Locations (Non-Nuc)/PM and Locations (Nuc)/PM (Nuc)
Any Ideas?

I guess you tried a crossover domain and it didn't work?
A simple auto script could probably do this for you. What did you try already?

The simple config of the asset or the location GL being brought over to the WO when selected is or was always a given for me. After looking at the customizations of the asset gl field, it was cut out, I am not able to get to the database on this particular client. So its front end only for me.
The path of Admin-Org-WO options-edit rules and applying the GL to statuses from WAPPR. this is a thought but will that carry over to all WO types? This has yet to be tested.
My python is a bit lacking and all the automations are in such. Looks like I maybe learning another language.
