Manual Reorder: Item up for reorder not showing (Maximo 7.5.0.1)

From: goolia13 (2017-11-30 21:22)

The warehouse users run a manual reorder report daily (they do not prefer auto generated POs). In any case, they have two items that are below the Min Reorder Point.

They have the reorder checkbox checked
The both have Order and Issue Units defined
They don't have a conversion unit, because both units are "EACH"
The items have been reconciled
They aren't on any open POs.

Has anyone run into this issue?

I agree – in the Add/Modify Reservations, are those listed as SOFT or APSOFT? If so, they won’t get reordered until the reservation turns to HARD/APHARD.

We have at our site. We troubleshot everything as you did with no luck. Ended up creating new item and obsoleted old one. It was about a hand full of items. We just assumed they became corrupted in some way.

I have learned the hard way to check the invcost and prcost and pocost tables whenever I can't manipulate an item the way I'd like.
