I am attempting to move an asset into a storeroom. The item number has 2 possible condition codes A1 which has a 100% condition rate and B4 which has an 85% condition rate.
The itemnumber shows as being valid for the storeroom., but when I attempt to add the ASSET to the storeroom with a B4 condition code, I get this error:
BMXAA2104E - Please enter a 100% condition rate for the item. More information http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSLKT6_7.6.0.6/com.ibm.support.mbs.doc/messages/BMXAA2104E.html
Does anyone have a clue what I need to do to overcome this error?

Hi there,I am assuming this is a rotating asset. Have you tried this? If the Item is Rotating and the change needs to be made on the Rotating Asset. Asset Application: 1. Bring the Rotating Item to screen and look at the location for the asset. If the asset is still in a storeroom location we will first have to issue the item to an operating location before we can make the change. 2. Move to the Inventory application and issue the rotating asset to an operating location. 3. Move back to the Asset application and bring up the asset just issued. From the select action menu chose Move/Modify Assets and then move to the attributes tab. 4. On the attributes tab the Condition Code field is editable. Here the new code can be entered as needed, press OK and the code will update on the asset tab. A message advising that the move was successful but in this case it just means that the code was changed as we have not moved the asset.
