Mass CLOSING APPR Purchase Orders

From: stevesentz (2019-04-04 12:41)

I have a client that has not been Closing their POs (most are still in an APPR status) and we now need to mass CLOSE over 2,500 POs. I tried to Mass Close a month's worth of POs and I got an error for each one that the Invoices have not been completed. When I tried to close just on PO manually, I got the same message; however, it allowed me to override the error and close the PO. I checked for a parameter that would allow the system to ignore this error but I was unsuccessful. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can bypass the error on a mass CLOSE or any other suggestions as to how to resolve this issue.

Steve
