Conditioned a field in Maximo 7.6

From: shirleyvelez.pmtech (2019-07-25 01:43)

Hi Maximo experts,

I need to condition a field so it only populates when a certain condition is met.

I need the changeby attribute to populate in a certain field that I've created only if the status of the work order is for example "WAPPR". How can this be done?

Thanks in advance

Shirley

If your process is driven by a status change action, I suggest using a
workflow which will trigger on status change.

If your process is driven by any change to the record, then you may be
better off using an automation script at the object level.
