Dear Siva,
Which version of Maximo you are using? 
This is actually for customizing the report lables corresponding to its columns instead of each time modifying the report source. If you open the base application library in actuate and check its methods you can get the whole idea. Hope this will help you.

Hi.  On the bottom of each of those pages, there is a link to a localization document.   The links are meant as an overview of the process, and the guide contains the detailed information on the REPORTLABEL table and how it is populated.  So - please download the guide to review that information.
If you are simply looking for a listing of attributes in the REPORTLABEL table, you could go to the Database Configuration application and see the information there.  Or you could run the Database Configuration Report in Version 7 on the REPORTLABEL table.
