Under Admin, Resources.....
Note...maximo has Persons, Users, Labor (and Craft). These are tables.
Domains may be static lists but they also can be dynamic , ie linking to a table.
Anyone logging onto maximo needs a userid. Userids have passwords. Userids are tied to Security Groups which have application privileges.
Person records tie to Users. Persons may be people who get emailed, ie VP.
Persons can belong to a Person Group, ie Maintenance.
Labor records do real work...report actuals. A labor record might also tie to ELEC - a craft designation.
Persons are tied to Calendar.
Persons have planned absences (under Select Action).
Work orders have Craft estimates.
WO actuals use the Labor code.
A given WO can be "claimed" by a worker from the prioritized backlog by clicking Owner icon.
