Birt report designer parameter page gives blank

Dear all when I tried to run the report from birt designer it's giving blank parameter page, am working with with windows 8.1 and eclipse 3.7.1 ,is there any way I can fix this

This is an issue that is related to IE 11. It affects both eclipse 371 (for maximo 75) and 432 (for maximo 76).
The technote on how to fix is at:

That has the steps to correct.
