Cannot change both maxtype and nulls at the same time. If there is a domainid, ensure that the maxtype is still compatible. If SqlServer and column is in an index and native datatype is changing, error.

Set values for ispositive, length, scale, nulls, nullwithdefault and defaultvalue where possible, depending on maxtype. Amount length and scale are from maxvars AMTLENGTH and AMTSCALE. GL length is derived from GLConfigure. Do "sameas" changes for maxtype, length and scale for other mbos in this set.
