getList

public MboSetRemote getList()
                     throws MXException,

Return a list of PRs from the PR table. This will be used by the UI lookup to get correct PR numbers. If maxvar PRAPPROVAL is ture, only show PRs with APPR status. If maxvar PRAPPROVAL is false, show PRs with APPR/WAPPR status.
