Mbo object to represent PasswordHistory, which logs all password change activity.

This is a system level object.
The key attributes for this object are UserID and ChangeDate.
The attributes in this object are as follows:

| ChangeDate | The date/time on which the password was changed.

| Password | The user's password (encrypted) as of the change date.

| UserID | The user whose password has been changed.
