public class TenantNewUserProperties
extends java.lang.Object

Test that the new properties are added when a new Tenant is created. The test case will check to see if tenant 4 has been created. If not it tries to create a new tenant with tenantid = 4 and tenantcode = A42. The second part verifies that the correct parameters are set for the new ly created tenant.
