initialize

Sets ReportList reportapp attribute with the name of the app that the report list is currently displaying, and currentapp attribute with the background app. When the dialog is opened from the reports menu, these will probably not be the same. The attributes are compared in CreateButtonCondition; if they match the Create button will show on the dialog.
