MBO object to represent Relation.

This is a system level object.

The key attribute for this object is: RELATIONNUM.

The attributes in this object are as follows:

Attribute Name	Description
RELATIONNUM	Unique ID
DESCRIPTION	Description of the relation
TYPE	Relation type. A relation can be uniderectional or bidirectional.
CLASSSTRUCTUREID	classification of the relation
COMPRELATION	Identifier of the relation that is complementary to the current relation
LINEAR	indicate whether the relation is exclusively for linear assets.
