Workorder.fcprojectid (non-persistent) validation class: This class is attached to a non-persistent field fcprojectid in the workorder object. It validates if the project entered here is a valid projectid in the FINCNTRL table. Also set the workorder's fincntrlid to the projects fincntrlid.
