public class FldAssetnum
extends MAXTableDomain

Common Validation Class for: asset identifiers - assetnum. The constructor takes a name of an asset criteria - as defined in AssetService.initCriteriaList. If null is passed to the constructor, then no criteria will be used and the assetnum will only be validated against the asset table. The constructor will throw an exception if the criteria is not found. The error message will be set if this class recognizes the criteria used. The constructor will set the error key to NotValid[Aaaa]Asset if the criteria used is one of: null. The constructor may also take a "site attribute" parameter that is the name of the calling Mbo's field that contains site information. Constructors without this parameter are provided for backwards compatibility. If a site attribute is provided, but the site ID value is null, the user can select from all sites the user is allowed to access.
