Invbalances.itemNum action/validation performs the following: -ensures the entered itemnum value exists in the Item object. (itemnum is required by this object) -If ITEM.ROTATING = Y, set CURBAL = 0 and Itemnum flag to Read Only -If the location value has already been entered, ensures that Inventory.Itemnum-Storeroom combo exists
