This object is used for all applications. An application can be SYSTEM level, ORG level or SITE level. sigopGranted in the parent(Mbo) class checks the ORGSITE level of this object and passes null or a value for ORG and SITE. Because this object is a SYSTEM level object, the parent(Mbo) class was always passing null for ORGID and SITEID while calling ProfileRemote.getAppOptionAuth. We want to pass the SITE value for site level app, ORG value for orglevel app. So commented the part which checks the ORGSITE level of this object, and always populating the vale of ORGID and SITEID. Also, the app is converted to the report app (rather than the current Maximo app) and if the option name is READ it is converted to CREATEREPT.
