extends FldPartialGLAccount

InvoiceCost.gldebitacctnonper (non-persistent) validation class: This class is needed to handle the non-persistent field gldebitacctnonper which is displayed on the invoice line tab. The field behaves similiar to the invoice cost gldebitacct field and is needed as the editibility of the field on the invoice line tab and distribute cost page is different. The base class FldPartialGLAccount checks if the GL account entered here is a valid.
