Today I clicked the Apply Settings action from Logging application and I have received the following error: BMXAA5189E – Failed to load logging settings from the database. String index out of range: 0
After a long search I have discovered that it is caused by a misconfiguration of the logging appenders. click Manage Appenders action from the menu and ensure all appenders have the “.log” extension in the File Name. After fixing this you will be able to reload logging configuration.
