public class FldJPNum
extends FldJpnum

JPNum validation class for behaviors common to JPNum attributes in the measurement package.
In addition to validating the JPNum value, validation also ensures that there is a non-null AssetNum for the object. Setting this attribute also sets the priority attribute.
