implements CustomCondition

Provide a custom condition for the conditional expressions app to return whether the current record is (a) from a third party discovery tool or has been created manually, and (b) its software type is a synonym of the softwre type returned by getCompareToSofwareType()

This class is needed because conditional expression manager fails to parse the following sub-select:

type = (select value from synonymdomain where domainid = 'TLOAMSWTYPE' and maxvalue = 'PRODUCT')
